Mehdi Tekaya graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris. He launched his international career as a Supply Chain Consultant more than 25 years ago. He then joined a major 3PL international firm and was involved in the design and implementation of large international logistics and supply chain outsourcing projects. In 1998, he became partner in an international consulting firm specializing in supply chain management where he delivered large consulting projects for bluechip international companies. In 2004 he moved to the Middle East to launch the group’s Middle East branch where he supports multinational clients operating in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical sectors to achieve and deliver their transformation projects. Mehdi Tekaya has been the President of Wevioo Group since 2009.


Executive Director
Khalil Charfi is telecommunications engineer and graduate of the National Institute of Telecommunications (France). He began his career in the telecommunications industry before joining the Nortel Networks. In 1998, he created the company Wevioo and develops ERP / CRM system integration as well as outsourcing solutions to international clients. Khalil has retained a major development role within the group since he led the launch and development of activity in Algeria. He is currently Director of Business Management Consulting, responsible for the Telecommunications and Public Service sectors.


Executive Director
Samir Zghal graduated from Ecole Centrale Lyon. He began his career in the management of information systems of a large industrial group. He then joined an international consulting and engineering firm to help launch the software development activities of its IT subsidiary. In 1996, Samir Zghal joined a regional financial group as Information Systems Director in charge of upgrading the entirety of the finance leasing, factoring and stock market intermediation systems. In 1998, he created the company Wevioo and develops ERP integration solutions as well as Leasing and Lending systems in the banking and financial sector. Samir has held many development roles within the Group and developed a thorough knowledge of banking and Africa. He is currently Director of Business Management Consulting, supports clients in the banking sector, and is responsible for development of the Group in Africa.


Executive Director Management Consulting
Hatem Chebeane graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon obtained his doctorate in Production Management from Ecole Centrale Lyon. Hatem joined Accenture in 1999 to work in Production, concentrating on Retail and Industry. He managed, as Senior Manager, numerous business transformation projects in Supply Chain Management, CRM and Human Resources in Europe. In 2009, Hatem Chebeane joined Wevioo Group as Executive Director of the Management Consulting Business Unit, a position he still holds today.


Business Development Director
Selim Boughedir graduated from Ecole de Management de Lyon. In 2002 he joined the Information Systems sector of consulting firm Accenture, in Paris. Selim has participated in several consulting projects and implementation of software for clients operating in the industry, finance and retail sectors in France, the UK and the Netherlands. He also worked on setting up outsourcing and offshoring models of software maintenance and evolution for bluechip companies. He joined Wevioo Group in 2011 and currently holds the position of Sales Executive Director.


Business Development Director
Amine ALOULOU graduated from AgroParisTech (Paris-Grignon). He joined Wevioo in 2004 after a career in IT consulting for Capgemini in France. Amine Aloulou is currently Commercial Director for Europe at Wevioo. He is, particularly, in charge of the development of software engineering services, TMA and outsourcing to clients in Nearshore and international partnerships.

Khaled Ben Driss graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and obtained his doctorate from University Paris VI (Pierre et Marie Curie). He taught at the University of Tunis and at the Polytechnic School of Tunisia as a lecturer from 1995 to 1999. From 1999 to 2002 he worked as Vice President of R & D at a Banking Software company. In 2002 he founded Net-Progress: a firm specializing in IT architecture. As senior architect Khaled Ben Driss consults with major accounts on Information Systems Urbanization. He has specialized in software architecture and J2EE and .Net technologies. In 2006, he became Technical Director at Wevioo, in charge of Technology Consulting (including Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Urbanization, achieving POC, team coaching, implementation of IT governance / SOA and open source frameworks …) as well as the Wevioo innovation program. He is now Director of the Software Engineering Business Unit, responsible for the realization and implementation of engineering solutions and software development.


Executive Director ADACTIM
Riadh graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris in 1990. He spent more than 20 years in Europe in various consulting firms and software companies (Capgemini, Ubitrade, SunGard) in IT product development, He joined Wevioo in 2007 as associate director in charge of the facilities management and outsourcing practice. He is currently the head of the Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit at ADACTIM.


Executive Director Business Solutions ADACTIM
Rabii graduated from the Tunisia Polytechnic School in 1999. He started his career in Europe in the deployment and management of ERP projects after which he joined Wevioo in 2008 as an associate director in charge of Business Solution department. He was appointed as the manager of the Algerian subsidiary. He is currently the head of the Business Solution Business Unit at ADACTIM.
